How do I seperate the egg yolk from the egg white? That’s often something a lot of us stress about when we start baking.
Well, there is actually a ton of different techniques to separate your egg yolks, but one of the easiest (and most effective ways) I’ve seen is here:
Just simply crack your egg over your spatula like the one in the photo above. Just make sure you have a bowl or something to catch the egg white below it!
