A more cultural post pops up today on whatemmadid.com, where I really wanted to share with you just how beautiful Ibiza Town is in Ibiza. After my 2nd trip in September, I recently discovered the lovely Ibiza Town, filled with old history, a stunning forte, an old fashioned quaint town life and café culture. The streets are paved with little market stands, old graffiti walls, historic stone buildings and traditional old Spanish apartments clashing with hip and trend designer stores, cocktail bars, Parisian influenced restaurants and quirky boutiques.
I hadn’t been told before just how amazing this place is, and I completely fell in love with it. We travelled over to Ibiza Town one evening for a lovely dinner followed by real Italian gelato at a specialist ice-cream parlour, then returned again the next day to explore the boutiques and markets, as well as strolling up the forte to take in the views.
If you are visiting Ibiza any time in the future, I cannot stress how much I recommend a visit to this beautiful place. I wanted to stay!
