There have been so many posts recently sharing my favourite fashion and beauty loves, that today I wanted to focus on accessories, and share with you my absolute love for silver jewellery. When I was working in fashion PR, I used to prioritise my jewellery accessories even before my actual outfit sometimes, but these days I find myself rushing around so much, I’ve been forgetting to concentrate on those all important ‘details’ as I like to call it.
I have no negative feelings towards gold, but I’m a silver jewellery girl at heart. Everyday I wear a slim silver watch along with a dainty silver crystal chain bracelet without fail. However, the Summer season is here and my jewellery box needs an update, more so with neckwear and earrings, so I have been crushing over the most beautiful pieces from the Thomas Sabo collection at Silver Tree Jewellery:
My love for skulls always surprises me. I dress very girly and my accessories are always very feminine and ‘pretty’, but I do love the tough symbolisation of ‘the skull’. In small form, of course, just like these adorable Zirconia Skull Stud Earrings, £89.
Second on my wishlist is the Silver Lotus Pendant above, £159, which could be added to a chain for dainty neckwear. I think it’s so beautiful and love the intricate design. Plus, it makes a great gift!
Silver Kathmando Earrings £45
Rebel at Heart Bangle, £125
Silver Heart Charm, £29.95
These five pieces from the Thomas Sabo range are the exact jewellery pieces that I would appreciate wearing, yet also make special gifts if you have any up-coming occasions (or birthday present requests for yourself even). Although the designer collection represents trends and follows the current key styles of the season, the pieces from the range are always clean, classic and statement. I love to wear simple silver pieces that I don’t have to worry about fitting in with my outfit on a daily basis. Good quality silver jewellery can be fairly pricey to keep buying, so the items I have currently on the wishlist are all items that would be timeless for me, with the view to own as keepsake pieces too.
Another favourite that I’m loving is the ChloBo Sundance Zodiac Necklace, £100. This is a favourite more so because as I quite like personalised jewellery and those items with little meanings. With that, I don’t mean anything obvious like names or initials, but things a little more hidden like star signs and symbolisms.
As well as sharing my love for silver, which will always be my number one, Rose Gold seems to getting a lot of coverage lately across the fashion press. It’s becoming more noticed for it’s modern and sophisticated take on traditional gold, being much more popular across watches as well as jewellery in general. I’ve round up three stunning pieces of jewellery in rose gold that I’ll also be adding to my dreamy wish list…
Hot Diamonds Rose Gold Icicle Drop Earrings £59.95
Hot Diamonds Rose Gold Cuff Earrings £89.95
Hot Diamonds Shoot Star Pendant Necklace, £79.95
Again, ever so timeless and classic.
