Andrew made a fabulous King Prawn Linguine with me at Mamucium the other week, and I have to say, I learnt a fair few new things!
For example, who knew you could make a homemade pesto so easily with rocket, olive oil, toasted pine nuts, garlic and lemon?
My life has now changed. Forever will I be making fresh homemade pesto instead of turning to the ingredient overloaded pre-made jars!
